This is a practice based program led by Licensed and Accredited PsychoSpiritual Therapist and Teacher, Tammy Hendrix, LCSW.
Enneagram Essence Certification is a 100-hour yearlong deep dive into Tammy’s practical Sacred Essence Model, and weaves in her rich experience in psychotherapy, somatic sensory practices, radical self-love, spiritual awakening traditions, and more.
This program is for sacred seekers and facilitators who are aware of the Enneagram in theory, and want to experience it as a tool for true transformation.
It’s grounded in the wisdom that the Enneagram is about so much more than personality and its true healing power is in the Embodiment of Essence.

OUR VIRTUAL FORMAT INCLUDES
Weekly 2-hour live zoom teachings - Essence Wednesdays! These meetings are a mix of guided practices of radical self-love, beautiful presentations on Essence - including panel interviews, and interactive discussions.
1-hour Individual Sessions - total of 3: April (Beginning Discovery), September (Midterm Alignment), and February (Final Closure).
Monthly Essence Themed Boxes to guide your home practice of radical self-love, sacred nourishment, and essence embodiment.
Open access to the teachings – all classes are recorded in case you miss one or want to watch them again.

WHY DO WE MEET WEEKLY?
UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM
Graduates who complete this certification receive a Specialist Certificate in Enneagram Essence Embodiment from the Enneagram School of Awakening and 120 points that can be used towards becoming an Accredited Professional with the International Enneagram Association IEA. They also receive 100 Continuing Education Credits CEUs that may be applied to a variety of professional licenses.
The education provided in this program can be used to guide individuals and groups through the sacred wisdom and practices of the Enneagram of Essence. The scope of practice emphasizes education on sacred nourishment from the Essence of the types and centers, healing psycho-spiritual fixations related to the personality types, and the promotion of the Enneagram as a sacred model for connecting with our divine essence.
Approaches include somatic psychotherapy techniques, sacred essence sensory practices, meditation, intention setting, goddess/divine embodiment, and releasing personality strategies that lead to suffering.

MEET THE FACILITATOR
Tammy Hendrix, LCSW has rich roots as a mystically oriented licensed and accredited teacher and facilitator with 16 years experience providing Psychotherapy. She is accredited by the International Enneagram Association and certified in the Embodiment Tradition. She has been core faculty with the Enneagram School of Awakening for 9 years.
She specializes in sensory-rich experiences and practices to help awaken body awareness, cultivate radical self-love, soothe the nervous system, and embody essence. Her heart is devoted to showing people how to be nourished by the sacred essence of the Enneagram.
Tammy has a deep and unique background with the Enneagram. She grew up with the Enneagram and studied extensively with an original Enneagram teacher from Oscar Ichazo’s era, her mother, Lissa Friedman, PhD. Friedman was an original student in Oscar Ichazo’s Arica Mystery School and she studied directly with Ichazo, the “father” of the Enneagram.
Over 2+ decades of passionate study, Tammy watched the Enneagram expand into the mainstream and she is now excited to be an emerging specialist on Essence. Tammy’s yearlong Essence Certification Program is one of the most in depth and practical spiritual teachings in the Enneagram community.
